研究分野

ソーシャルメディアの投稿など，主にウェブで得られる大規模なデータを用いて，社会現象を定量的・実証的に観測・分析する研究に取り組んでいます。このような研究領域は計算社会科学やウェブ情報学と呼ばれ，自然言語処理やネットワーク分析などの技術を活用します。
